Never got the fuss about this record. Not when it came out, nor in 2017 on reappraising it. Horses for courses of course, but it sounds pretty half-baked and unimaginative to me. Hey the world would be a boring place if we all liked the same thing though, right?
Insummer is so groovy
The label itself started overpricing this record, here on discogs, hence the artificial price boost. What kind of label does that?? The record is great, Yamagic being the obvious winner here, but in my mind it hasn't achieved the mythical status nor do I think people are that stupid to buy it. I have no problem with playing an mp3 version.. Like someone said before in this thread, this record is dead because of that facts..
repress, come ohnnnnnn!
this records ok
Never trust a record label with a moustache
(Not particularly intersted in owning a copy but) stay strong..? Keep it alive..? Quite the opposite, this record is pretty much dead actually. I mainly associate this for the laughable 200/400€ people ask for this record, not at all for the music itself. PS: the music on this record is great but i can't imagine people will actually feel better if they buy a copy knowing they've had to part with €200+ of their cash for it. As i said about another record, 'Lots of great similar music is coming out every month, support new music or dig for forgotten stuff'
for me yamagic alone is such an incredibly magical tune and I am so obsessed with it, I pray for a repress. I definitely do not think that there is music like this coming out every month. maybe you can give some examples? and how can it be dead, honest music is timeless for me. I dont have the 200 bucks neither but if someone has, why shouldnt he buy it?
Stay strong, David!!! Don't ever repress this Record!!!! - stay strong....keep it alive!
that is a bit stupid in my opinion
how does no repress keep it alive? dickhead.
davidvunk is taking the piss.
The user that is selling this for €1.000 had the option "Make Offer" for this record, so i placed my offer of 5 euro a few days ago adding a personal msg saying: "including registered shipping of course"Now i noticed that he took off the option "Make Offer" LOL Such a wanker.I got it NEAR MINT for 25 euros 3 days ago and it sound PERFECT and clean and came with the inserts.Suck on that mr. " €1.000 "
a s
I can beat that: I got mine brand new for £8.99 when it came out
Mr. 1.000 is the owner of the label ;)
$500??? gtfo
repress please
If ever a record was just begging to be bootlegged, it's this. The money people are asking for it is waaay beyond absurd. It's a cool 12" don't get me wrong, but it's not THAT cool! I mean £100 is stupid enough but some idiot has it on here for 1,000 euros! If he gets 1,000 euros for it I'll personally fly to Holland and give him a BJ! I'm not in favour of bootlegging but some labels are simply asking for it.
Save that blowjob. (Although I'm sure you give incredible head.)Yes bootleg this.Despite currently having a copy for sale, I SUPPORT BOOTLEGS.GET THE BEAUTIFUL MUSIC TO THE BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE.If labels refuse to repress and reissue the beautiful music, then take it and reissue it yourself.I can give you a great deal on the mastering and plating.
Highly Recommended Killer !
Let me put it this way. I won't pay about 6 to 7 euro for an digital EP. However... I would love to pay 10 to 15 euro for a record!Hope the guys from Moustache will keep that in mind.
i think that's positive feedback / feel the same
That's easily the worst customer treatment by an underground vinyl label ever. If you release your music digitally but refuse to do a repress of a format many people prefer to play and at the same time push prices for second hand sells then that's just pathetic and stupid. Thanks for nothing!
20 people liked my comment leighdennis so obviously people agree with me. Stop whining and sticking up for fucked behavior by a label boss.
I find these comments on record prices hilarious and frustrating. Putting a record up at 1000 is clearly a joke designed to wind up people like those commenting here. It’s not pushing up prices for second hand sells if it’s put up at an untouchable price. It’s mocking the culture of intermediary sellers making a living from buying up at bulk from shops and reselling, which is the biggest contributor to record price inflation. As to repressing – that’s entirely up to whether or not the person who spends their own time and money writing the music, getting it pressed and distributed chooses to. It’s their intellectual property, so people calling them wankers, pathetic and stupid for their decision is outrageous and puerile. I’m glad music like this is being made at all and I don’t want the people making it to be attacked for their hard work by a bunch of desperate buyers who weren’t on it closely enough when the record first came out. As I recall this didn’t seel out too quickly and took a while to be picked up on before it sold out.I’d like to see this repressed, but I recognise that’s the owner’s decision. I suspect offensive people like modano182 and Martinfischbiene are going to ruin that likelihood for the rest of us.

NOPE  modano182
Am I the only person that thinks it is fucking ridiculous that Moustache Records are selling this for 50 euro on Discogs? How about you repress the record instead of fueling the fire that is these bullshit prices. Wankers.

Says a lot about them as a label, so fucking lame.
a repress of this would be grand.
whoaaa big one, especially Yamagic. Slample is a nice one as well.
repress please!
yesss, represss!!
I bought this to play "Yamagic" out. SICK SICK track. Thankfully, it was pressed as the outer-edge track. (Better vinyl real estate at that outer edge.)I like the paper insert with the creepy art.Slample is also a really great track.WHAT A FANTASTIC RECORD!
you are welcome
